A.: We deliver throughout Brazil via Correios with free shipping.
5 - What are the payment methods?
A: We accept payments via bank slip, Pix, and credit card. Payments can be made at any bank branch, online, or at a nearby lottery outlet.
6 - Can I pay in installments using a bank slip?
A.: Payment in installments is only accepted by credit card.
7 - Can I generate a second copy of the invoice?
A: Yes, you can! Just keep an eye on your phone. If you haven't made the payment yet, we'll send you a link to generate a new invoice with the updated date. You can also contact us to request a new invoice.
8 - Where does the product come from?
A.: Our suppliers are mostly from Brazil, China, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
9 - Can I pick it up in person?
A.: No, all orders reach our customers through the logistics company Correios.

A: We are unable to change order details after billing, so there is no way to change your order information.

12 - I purchased more than one product in the same order, but only received some of them. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: It can happen, but don't worry. This type of situation occurs when different suppliers ship the products you choose. If this happens, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders.
13 - What if my delivery is late?
